Sometimes, the Customer...

...just ain't right.

Don't get me wrong, most of the people I work with throughout the day are fine. Some, however, should never be allowed near a computer.

Here is a progression of stills from my web cam of a 98 minute long call that, honestly, should have only taken 10 minutes.

Okay this is bothering me. Is that really you? If so, a little fuzz makes you look completely different than the guy I saw at the Midnight Ride.

1) Web cams give you a distorted perspective (I hope!)

2) My glasses were off -- always a bad sign my co-workers tell me.

3) Don't worry, it will be gone soon. Kind of a between Thanksgiving and New Year thing.

BTW - the phone was muted for picture 3.

Doesn't look bad. Just looks like a completely different person.

By the way, a few days ago, I heard one of my cow-orkers sheepishly ask the admin assistant to get service on his headset. It seems that when he presses mute, the person on the other end can still hear his musings quite clearly. I'm thinking he was about to be in trouble.
