I normally see at least two or three other bikes on the way to work. It is Bike To Work Week and so far, on day 3, I've seen a grand total of 1 other cyclist. Maybe it is a reverse psychology thing; perhaps we should have called it Drive To Work Week. Weird.
There have been more pedestrians on the path this week. Every single one of them was polite and very pleasant as we greeted each other with a "Good morning." Even the dogs were well behaved this morning.

LOL at Bike To Work Weak. It's funny yet tragic.
I actually rode along with someone over about 1/3 of my commute today. I'm doing the whole 45ish-mile round trip via bike as many times as I can.
Keep fighting the good fight. I'd figure with gas prices spiking, B2WW would be something to be embraced, not avoided.
I doubt many people even know about B2WW. Not around here anyhow.
I’ve noticed MANY more riders. I might usually see one, but I’ve seen more then five every day but Tuesday. It rained Tuesday.
I’d say there are a lot more folks riding this week then usual. It helps that I have a reverse commute–I see a lot of folks going the other way. They wouldn’t usually see those going the same direction they are.
@a midnight rider - I rode a bit with a regular commuter last night. He had no idea.
